JKM Motors and General Merchandise Branch 2

Terrible experience at JKM Motor Parts. I went in for a simple seat leather replacement, and it turned into a frustrating mess. It started with a 15-minute delay just to get a receipt, which had to be "verified" — clearly a sign of disorganized management or distrust among staff. When the seat was done, I noticed a bolt was missing. The staff told me it was already gone when I arrived — but they never mentioned that before doing the job. That alone is a red flag. What made things worse was the way they handled it. No apology, no responsibility, just deflection and even talking back when I raised the issue. I had to threaten to file a complaint just to get a replacement bolt — which didn’t even match the original. No accountability, no customer care. Avoid if you value your time and vehicle.
