Suzuki BF Homes, Parañaque - Motoxpress Sales Corp. 3S Shop

Lahat ng contact numbers ng shop na to na sinearch ko thru web and their official website are not working. Parang gusto gusto nila hindi magbenta. Kudos sainyo.

Panget bumile dto promise. Kung bibili kayo dto 1000% not responsive. 30-60days daw ang release ng or/cr and plate pero 80days na ngayon. Still d pa din reply yung Agent, Customer Service is 1/10.

1 day processing. Mabilis talaga, bibili ka sa kanila eh. Although nung pumunta ako walang kuryente yung shop. So napakainit, napakadilim. Sa Honda BF pa yung processing office nila so most of the time walang tao sa shop lalo na pag may inaasikaso yung agents nila. In terms of OR/CR processing. napakatagal. They make you sign a waiver na nag-aaccept ka na 30-45 BUSINESS days yung tagal ng OR/CR processing nila. So at least 2-3 months mo pa makukuha yung OR/CR mo. In terms of price, lahat ng motor SRP. Wala ng additional bayad. Overall, needs improvement. I paid cash pero ang tagal padin ng processing ng or/cr nila.

Susungit

When I bought my first motorcycle here, they seemed okay to talk to at first, but you can really feel that they don't care. The way they communicate with us is very unprofessional. And regarding the warranty, it should've been just I year, but they didn't even discuss it with us they just decided without asking. If you're going to buy your first bike, don't buy from this branch."
