Their after-sales service is very poor. When there's a problem with your motorcycle, either the mechanic is always unavailable, or they will direct you to another shop, like Honda, to have your motorcycle checked. They don't explain everything about the warranty when they release the motorcycle, so you have no clue until your motorcycle has a problem.
Most awful Experience in dealing with this company, Their trade name is Transcycle Philippines. I have already fully paid the motorcycle i have purchased with them, after 7 months still i don't have the C.R. one thing they are good is giving excuses and giving false hopes
They take a long time to issue or release ORs/CRs after being paid. Unlike other companies that once the unit has been paid for, they automatically issue or release the original OR CRs.
transcycle philippines worst dealer
