Niwra Motosupply

I will recommend the product for its quality, however medyo disappointed lang ako sa customer service nila. Nag share lang ng observation ko with regards sa pag gaan ng 45L raptor edition nila. From 7.4kg(from their specification and pag check ko sa item nila before sa mga physical stores) to 6.3kg nlng. No big deal naman sa akin and just curious lang kaso na agitate yata yung sumasagot sa akin sa messenger nila at yung tone ay pabalang na yung sagot and when nag thumbs down ako, nag sent ng laughing emoticons. And that's how they accept a pure observation from a customer. Nakaka disappoint. Kung ganto lang sila magtrato ng customer sana ibang brand na binili ko. I also hope to be responsive sila sa qq sa comments sa FB nila. Just take care of your customers and future customers and try to be polite whatever the circumstances are. God bless

Excellent service. They allow you to fit your gear inside the boxes to see which size suits you best. Likewise they will mock mount the boxes on the back of your moto to allow you to see which looks best. Very careful installation. In the case of my Vespa, they added spacers for a more level install to avoid the usual nosedown box installs on Vespas. You can also get extra baseplates to switch your box between bikes.

Very accomodating and friendly owner i brought a set of top box for my new NMAX turbo techmax

2nd floor house/room/shop combo... Watch that 3rd step going up, it's a bit higher than what you expect... 🙂

The seller is so accomodating...
