Maaayos sila mag assist at mabait yong mga staff.
As a customer, I expected a higher level of transparency and professionalism from a reputable company like Motortrade. The current handling of my situation has caused me significant lost of time, delayed of action and the worst service in this branch. Manager Jemuel Relos Reyes seems very unprofessional to approach on customer service. I will not buy and visit on this company again.😡😡😡
Do they buy bikes? They won't answer your messages!
Typical no answering my questions regarding my original parts order I placed over 3 months ago there. Staff isn't the brightest there either as one of the members couldn't even open an accessory for me to view.. They sell decent bikes and items there. It's just not the typical way business is done.. Go there in person,a phone call there blows their minds , and every time I've tried I ultimately hang up without getting my qualifications asked.. And that's when they answer their Phones. So good luck for all trying to do business there is all I can say..
The staff here are very accomodating and helpful unlike to other dealershop.
easy and convenient, staff's are kind and easy to approach!!!
