I bought 3 appliances on an installment basis. At the time of transaction we were eyeing for a different model of fridge but unavailable and then they upsell us with their available unit. The 3 appliances are still with them because we set a time to deliver next week. We went back to their shop yesterday and told if we could just exchange the fridge as it was not our original choice, instead we will get another item or any appliances. the 3 appliances are still with them but they refused to make any changes.very poor customer service. They did not even show their return and refund warranty. NOW, i am looking for legal opinion on their policies and procedures.
Thank guys for the amazing offers and marketing. Hope more packages and offers will come.
