Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Employee Behavior and Delay in OR/CR Release I am writing this letter to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at one of your branch. (motorstar Probikes Macabling) I sold my motorcycle, which was originally purchased from your store. When the new owner went to your Macabling branch (May 21,2025) to claim the original OR and CR, your staff refused to release the documents. We ended up in a heated argument where your employee insisted that it was my fault for selling the motorcycle without complete papers. I want to make it clear that the delay in releasing the OR and CR—over six (6) months after purchase—was your office’s fault, not mine. The responsibility to provide complete documents falls on the seller, which in this case is your store. What’s more disappointing is how your employee handled the situation. Instead of explaining properly, they were rude, disrespectful, and quick to blame the customer. I hope this issue will be addressed immediately, and that actions will be taken to avoid treating future customers the same way. Sincerely, Mark
