I'm a former Motorstar employee, and I have to say, It's OK. The motorcycles aren't bad, they're just pretty hit or miss, and for their pricepoint, you are better off with other chinese brands like SYM and Rusi, Because I can say that even though I have already taken up to 3 motorcycles from the the 2 we're really sub par. One was brand new and already had this annoying clinking and clanking from the engine. The other one was good, but the CVT assy gave out too quickly, these two were brand new. On the other side of the spectrum i took a second hand motorcycle and even though it had it's problem, it never gave me big headaches. So in my honest opinion, it's pretty hit or miss, take at your own risk as they say, and maintain it like there is no tomorrow.
