I enjoyed my experience. The people were nice. They processed our paperwork quickly and were genuinely interested in assisting us. The price was very competitive. We bought the Passion 125cc scooter. We looked at the Yamahas but the Rusi is better looking and cost half as much. A lot of Filipinos have told me not to buy Rusi. If the scooter doesn't last then I will change this review. As long as this review is up then that means the scooter continues to meet expectation. This location offers free tune-ups and oil changes for life with your purchase. You do however have to provide the oil. --UPDATE-- After approximately a month of owning the scooter the engine stalled and then wouldn't start. I had to push it a long distance home. The RUSI mechanic found that it had a pinched fuel hose preventing the flow of petro. They repaired it for free. Now the scooter is running great again. Each time I interact with the employees at this location they always seem friendly and helpful.
Jonah and the mechanics have always been helpful and get the job done. Also the girls in the office are good as well. 100% satisfied for more then a year already.

On my second Rusi RC250 second one is fuel injection version. Most fun I ever had for the money!
I love my Rusi RFI 175 that I got from them.
