Ang masasabi ko lang...hindi maganda ang customer service...mostly sa mga staff hindi communicable...hindi magaling mag-approach nga customer at higit sa lahat hindi smiling...dapat ang management may gawin dito kasi maapektuhan ang marketing ng kompanya...sang-ayon ako sa unang nagreview na DUEKSAM 3S SUZUKI IN TAGBILARAN ARE VERY BAD IN CUSTOMER SERVICE...

They sell very good bikes but there's no notion of customer service. I expressed interest in purchasing a second bike but it seems they are not interested in selling it. I have waited weeks for texts or calls about the bike I wanted but to no avail. I have been emailing customer support about the issue but nobody replies. They cannot repair bikes. Avoid at all cost.
