NO reciept provided after basic PMS (Change Engine Oil) was charged ₱150.00 by the 2_mechanic-technician after PMS NO Official Receipts were given for company reimbursements which is required for reimbursement by our company. Technician did NOT do Basic checking Standard 10 check points upon PMS unlike other branch of Y3S which only charge max ₱100 for Change-oil. Hoping Nemar Mngt is aware of this practise by thier Mechanic other 3S shop says NO tipping allowed. Kindly advise your mechanic to do thier job with heart and be better do not do "Deskarte" as they are payed by that day refrain from Kickback just to get a small extra amount from customers as it's doing bad image on the dealership. Also had Worst experience in availing Parts replacent the salesperson at the parts section was unattentive in checking items gave me a wrong item definitely needs to practice "Active-Listening" for parts-person we ended up in going back again even though we validated/verified multiple times if he was sure of the parts he is handing out as the person who would install mentioned a different SKU, very inconvinient to us it's a total waste of time, effort & gas. To the mngt do coach/huddle your staff daily to be efficient, consistent & reliable at doing thier task daily.
