Premiumbikes Valencia, Bukidnon

Good day. This will serve as my final notice regarding my unresolved concern. I purchased my motorcycle on January 12, and while I have already received my OR/CR, it has now been almost 3 months and I still have not received my plate number. More concerning is the fact that I have made multiple trips to your dealership, spending my own time, effort, and money, only to be repeatedly given false assurances that it would be available "next week," which has never been fulfilled. This pattern of misinformation and poor handling of my case is completely unacceptable. At this point, I am formally demanding the following within 3 days: 1. A clear and verified status of my plate number, including proof of its actual processing or release with the Land Transportation Office 2. Reasonable compensation for the inconvenience, repeated delays, and the unnecessary effort I have been forced to make Failure to resolve this within the given timeframe will leave me no choice but to immediately file a formal complaint with the Department of Trade and Industry and pursue further appropriate action. I will also proceed with posting a detailed and factual public review of my experience with your dealership across relevant platforms to inform other customers of the service I have received. I expect this matter to be handled with urgency. This is my final follow-up.
