I just want to express my sincere appreciation to Yamaha CDO 2 Cycles – Valencia Branch for such a smooth and hassle-free transaction when I purchased my Yamaha Lexi. The entire process was fast, organized, and very professional. Special thanks to Ma’am Hazzy for being incredibly accommodating, patient, and approachable throughout the whole process. She made everything easy to understand and ensured that all my concerns were addressed. Her excellent customer service truly made the experience even more pleasant. I highly recommend this branch to anyone planning to purchase a motorcycle. Thank you again for the great service—I’m very happy with my new Yamaha Lexi!

When I went to the store to buy some spare parts, the assigned crew immediately told me that the system was being updated and that they couldn’t process online transactions. They referred me to the Kalilangan branch. When I transacted at the Kalilangan branch, the system was working fine and my spare parts were ordered. This means that the this branch assigned person was not doing their job properly.

I went here for PMS and everything went smooth. Customer service is satisfactory. The personnel are all kind and will really provide excellent assistance to your needs. There’s also free coffee, water, and wifi. The customer lounges are really comfortable— choose from high chairs to couches with tables.

Very Good and excellent job. I like it!
