overpricing even its local product sabihin natin yung product nila is around 100+tubo pero ×3-5 ang presyo compared sa ibang shop na talagang fair price for customer sa kung ano makakaya naming price sa products and also sinasabi nila yung quality, durability, at lifespan which is goods for us, tapos ang mekaniko nila is over kung maningil even its basic trouble shoot kahit na ako malalaman ko issue imbis na 150 labor, kasi sinabi ko naman sa kanila yung sira/issue naging 250 pa at naghahanap pa ng issue mahirap talaga mag hanap ng trusted motoshop lalo kung ino over pricing ka talaga not recommend if budget meal lang kayo 3 branches to shutdown isa dahil sa scamming tactics nangyayari 👎

I had a terrible experience at this motorcycle shop, and I strongly advise others to stay away. Incompetent Mechanics – The mechanic working on my bike clearly lacked the necessary skills. My motorcycle had issues, and they recommended an engine refresh, which I never requested. Despite their claim that it was necessary, they failed to do it properly. Worse, the mechanic broke the water pump joint due to lack of knowledge and then blamed me for it instead of taking responsibility. This was after I specifically told them not to touch or remove the engine, but they ignored my request just to charge labor fees. Scam Tactics for Labor Fees – It became obvious that they force customers to buy unnecessary parts just to justify labor costs. Instead of diagnosing the real issue, they push replacements to make money. Their mechanics are likely pressured to scam customers just to keep their jobs, which is completely unethical. Overpriced Parts – Everything they sell is marked up by 200% compared to standard market prices. You're much better off buying from reputable shops or online sellers instead of wasting your money here. Shady Business Practices – They originally had three branches, but one has already shut down. Why? Because their scamming tactics were exposed, and people stopped trusting them. Instead of fixing their reputation, they just moved to a different area, probably hoping to scam new customers. To make matters worse, the manager is just as bad—arrogant, uncooperative, and clueless about motorcycles. Instead of addressing concerns, they make excuses and refuse to help. Avoid this shop at all costs. There are plenty of better, more honest mechanics out there who actually care about their customers.
