Been there to transact at Pag-ibig office. L’arcada is similar to SM Aura in Taguig, they have philhealth, LTO, pagibig in one place. Im not sure kung may sss din ba. I felt so happy!
The place is lovely but the road in front is a little problematic 😅 The restaurants inside are semi-luxurious (great ambiance, instagramable, and pricey) But all in all it's a good place to eat good food 👍 - Army Navy - Yoshimeatsu - Mauricio's Pizza - Share Tea and Others
I frequently visit this place why? Watson's, La Salsa, DIY, Bo's Coffee, Manolo's halohalo, and not to mention PhilHealth, LTO and Pagibig!
Parking space is convenient, and spacious. Both motorcycle and four wheels makaka park for free. May security guard naman nagbabantay. This place has a plenty of kainan to choose, from Yoshimeatsu to Bo's Coffee. What's very convenient is yung Watsons! Close to parking area for motorcycles, and have rin parking sa harap ng store mismo for four wheels unless na lang occupied.

Got every entertainment you've wanted. A must visit specially if you love yakiniku samgyeopsal, budol store - Mr. DIY, Korean Mart, Self care/skin care - Watsons, and many more!
So far it's quite nice to have your food trip in Hap chan, Bos coffee and Auntie Nitz bake shop. Here you can find the biggest DIY Store and also a bigger Watson branch. The parking space is so wide and the location is convenient from all other Barangay. It is between Guiwan highway and corner of Tetuan.
