You can be sure that your vehicle is checked (inside and out) on every aspect via their 67 point inspection. They make sure you understand the concern and will make the necessary recommendations (immediate and deferred) for all concerns. This shop is very trustworthy. Mechanics are knowledgeable and office staff are polite and friendly. I recommended this shop to my friends. Oh, and the adjacent coffee shop (Tranquilo) serves great coffee, food and pastries.
Customer service and management is disappoint. There's a staff of 8+ people who all take a lunch break at the same time, meaning all work stops and you're forced to wait an additional hour if you happen to have work being done at this time. Estimates they give in terms of working time/updates also not reliable.
Very Good Service and the Staff particularly the Duo Justin and Ed is superb. Good Service, good pricing. Will surely come back for other services.
