This review is already long overdue. I visited and had my vehicle repaired last April 6, 2023. This was before the Holy week. Smart Lube team, they are amazing. I availed their throttle body cleaning, 4 point brake cleaning, change oil, central lock repair. They handled everything from start to finish. Everything went just like they said it would. They are so professional and was available to answer my questions. Especially the owner Sir Christian and Manong Ernesto the electrical guy (hope I got their names right). They truly made us feel like we were the most important client they had. What a wonderful experience. The slogan is so true >>> "DOING CAR CARE RIGHT!"

Left the dealership and brought my car to Smart Lube Car Care Center for my 3rd PMS (Preventive Maintenance Service), and they did not disappoint. The team thoroughly checked my vehicle, gave me clear options for the oil change, and cleaned my brakes, all at a very reasonable price, definitely cheaper than the dealership. I also had my air and cabin filters changed, and they even allowed me to use the ones I had bought myself. Everything runs smoothly now. Great service, honest staff, and excellent value. Highly recommended!

RUN the other way! Do not even consider bringing your car here. If you're looking for a demolition job instead of a proper repair, this is the place. Don’t be fooled into thinking that a high price means high quality—far from it. And as for their so-called "warranty"? Who in their right mind would bring their car back for another botched fix, only to rack up even more charges?

DONT GO TO THIS SHOP. Very dissappointing. I feel scammed. The first time I went there, I had the brake pads changed and had them work on more things related to that. They sounded like they knew what they were doing. When I took my car home, we noticed that the turbo was not doing great which we thought was quite odd. So we brought it to them for turbo cleaning. And good god! Just a few minutes after leaving their shop, our car started to overheat. Now it continues to overheat upon ignition. They claim it's the clutch fan, but it's not! There are many causes for overheating, and they're too quick to diagnose that. They sounded annoyed at us even. Not only that, they tend to make price changes during the process. But you dont really think much about it because you just want to get your car fixed. THEY WANT TO KEEP YOUR CAR BROKEN SO THAT YOU KEEP COMING BACK TO THEM. Worse, our car might be damaged beyond repair now. To the management, if you cannot fix the car, then just say it! Stop scamming people.

We had our car detailed im smart lube recently, they had possession of it for about 4 days. The staff was very nice and communicative. The exterior detailing was good. When it comes to the interior detailing, we don't feel any detailing was done here. The seats were still very dirty and the front console/dashboard also dirty. The vents were still covered in black dirt and it doesn't seem like it was wiped at all. This vehicle was newly acquired and we really wanted the old odors removed and a spick and span interior. None of those were done properly. We had to spend a few hours to do this ourselves.

Smart Lube took great care of my car. The staff were friendly, explained everything clearly, and the service was quick and reliable. I’ll definitely come back for future maintenance and repairs!
