Dili na ko recommend FORD CAGAYAN DE ORO. After sales service and customer care nila Wala ayo. Ma stress ka everytime mag visit mo para sa inyo sakyanan. If mausab lang nako dli ko sa Ford CDO. Please buy your Ford car elsewhere.

To all staff at Ford CDO 😊❤️ I was there when audit was on going last Monday Feb. 9 2026. But before that, I visited last Friday when eveyone was busy on the coming audit and construction on going. Even so, I was catered when my concern. Karen was so accomodating with my signal lights concern and assured me to have a slot first hour by Monday. Last Monday my NGFT was scanned immediately after arrival by Karen and Digal. Nikko was also present to see my concern and Mel was also at the service area. Even with the on going construction and audit all staff was very accomodating and drinks are always served at your convenience. So to end this review it is very clear that Ford CDO is improving their service to customer care. I am not saying it is perfect but seeing all customers waiting with satisfied faces and based on my personal experience I am very happy with my visit. THIS IS A 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ FOR ME. Despite a miscommunication in the appointment, the staff at this establishment were incredibly kind and resolved the issue promptly. The experienced staff members provided excellent service throughout. Although our "system update" took longer than expected, they had a comfortable waiting area with a TV where we were even able to watch the NBA Finals while waiting. A great overall experience!
I doubt at first given that there are negative reviews and it only has 4 stars haha but that dissipated once I talked with Sir Francis when I had my first 10k pms for my Ford Everest. Extremely well-mannered, kept the convo going and provided answers in most of my questions. Also big thanks to the staffs for the smooth transaction!
I’m surprised how organised they are this time, keep it up Ford cdo 👍 FF to May 2023 and my review for this place still hasn't changed. Good work boys 👍👍
