Wala kwenta kausap mga eto, sasayangin lang oras mo. Mag inquire ka ok pa, pero pag kausap mo na ibang price na yung unit tapos sasabihin hindi kaya ibigay yung discount nung nag inquire ka.

Sobrang kulang at nakakadismaya ang experience namin sa inyo tungkol sa pagpaayos ng sasakyan namin. Napakatagal na ng paghihintay namin, at hanggang ngayon pakiramdam namin niloloko lang kami. Buong bayad na kami at naihatid na namin ang sasakyan. Sinabi ninyo na ready na ang parts. Iniwan namin ang sasakyan dahil sabi ninyo matatapos sa loob ng 3 days. Lumipas ang 3 days, hindi pa rin naayos. Nakipag-usap kayo at humingi ulit ng 3 days extension, na inintindi namin. Pagkatapos, sinabi ninyo na pwede na naming kunin ang sasakyan. Kahit malayo ang pinanggalingan namin, nag-arkila pa kami ng sasakyan para lang makuha ito. Pero pagdating namin, bigla ninyo sinabi na hindi pa pala nagagawa dahil mali ang na-order na parts. Hindi tama na sabihin ninyo na ready na ang parts kung hindi pa pala sigurado. Mas lalo pang mali na pinapunta ninyo kami para kunin ang sasakyan kahit wala pa palang nagagawa. Sobrang nakakadismaya dahil wala man lang kayong ginawa para makabawi sa abala at gastos na naidulot ninyo sa amin. Ang mas nakakabahala pa, sinasabi ninyo na sa susunod na balik namin, same day gagawin at 10 minutes lang matatapos — kaya tuloy nawawalan kami ng tiwala.

ABSOLUTE INSULT! Mitsubishi Dagupan has ZERO respect for customers, especially PREGNANT women! 😡 I have never felt so DISRESPECTED in my life! What happened today at Mitsubishi Motors Dagupan City was a total insult to my dignity. I am HEAVILY PREGNANT, and traveling is a struggle for me. Around 11:30 AM today (I have video proof), my husband and I went there to check the 40k service for our Xpander and to finalize our plan to buy a new Triton truck. The staff saw my big belly but just coldly told us to wait. They promised us TWICE that someone would help us soon. Then, exactly at 12:00 PM, after making me sit there for 30+ minutes, they just said: "Sorry, it’s our lunch break. Come back in the afternoon." I was HUMILIATED! Is your lunch more important than a pregnant woman’s well-being? You made us wait just to kick us out because you wanted to eat? Do you think your time is precious while the customer's dignity is trash? We were ready to get a new Triton, but because of this heartless treatment, we are NO LONGER buying from this branch. To all car owners in Dagupan, especially moms: AVOID this place! They have no compassion and no respect. Such a disgrace to the Mitsubishi brand! 😡

As a first time customer of this Mitsubishi dealership and service, im very impressed of the services they offer. I had my car serviced as per PMS and found their prices competitive. The shop is well lit, spacious and even fitted with cctv to monitor my car being serviced. While waiting the dealership offered free coffee while lounging on their receiving area.

This is a long overdue review. I took my car here for rear main seal replacement due to leakage and quoted me 15k+ for it half of the quote I got from MMC urdaneta and the guy told that they have the best guys then three days later they called me saying my car is ready for pick up so I head there. Of course, I had to wait again to pay, upon paying I was told that I’m paying for an extra 1K because they made a mistake of calculation, yes, I have to pay for their mistake. But then again I’m only in the Philippines for a short vacation so I value my time over arguing back and forth about it. When I got home, I looked under and see the oil pan for transmission was covered in oil, turned out they didn’t tighten the bolts all around it so I had no choice but to do it myself instead of driving an hour back to them and that was the final nail in the coffin. I’m never going back for sure!
