Hindi taong kausap. Waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes kasi next in line na raw ako pero they entertained yun kadarating pa lng.
I was looking to have my break pads replaced but i was short of time. Shops i usually got to in the nearby area were all queued. So i checked Tyremaster. The former offered me break pads which was a couple grand more. Look, i'm not cheaping out on break pads but i also don't need racing-quality pads, just the regular day-to-day use that takes me from point A to point B. Luckily, they sell Korean brands which was the same brand i had that lasted almost 5 years. This was my first time having my car maintained in Tyremaster and i think i'll be their customer for a good while. They treat their customer well, their mechanics are well-trained, they have a wide variety of services equiped with tools, they even offer aircon cleaning! A real one-stop shop for your cars. Heck, they even a chief mechanic on a weekend!
Ive never been treated like a VIP in any shop I have been to. The owner is very approachable and very accommodating. He educated me what my problem is with my car and provide excellent solution to it. Very affordable price of labor and I mean VERY AFFORDABLE trust me. I will never hesitate to bring my car again if any problem comes up in the future. By the way, he even offered his OWN Private Car to me because we need to buy parts for my car outside. Who in this world would trust his own property to a stranger with out hesitation and just for the sake of my own convenience. Customer service at its finest. Salute to you Sir Noel! I had my brakepads reaced with ease. It was cheaper than Servitek and the customer service was great.
Personnels are good and honest especially on their advise of what fix is needed on your car. Go and visit them now!
Poor service. Mechanics are not properly trained. Caused more problems on my car instead of fixing it.
