Twice kami nagpagawa sa Rapidé Carmona, pero 3 times yata kami andun kasama ung days na nagpa estimate kami. In all instances, sobra accommodating nilang lahat dun. They were also so kind to give guidance on how to take better care of your vehicle. Lahat din ng estimates nila, tungkol lang sa issue ng sasakyan. Hindi sila magdadagdag ng hindi naman kailangan palitan. Additionally, magbibigay din sila ng insight regarding parts that would need replacement soon. Para naman mapaghandaan mo in the near future. Free lang ang estimates, on point ang pag gawa nila ng vehicle, mabait lahat ng staff, malamig ang waiting area and I would say that we are very satisfied with their service! I completely and with full confidence recommend Rapide Carmona for automotive needs. After getting poor quality service from another local shop, our niece suggested we give Rapide a try. They showed us every single thing that was wrong so that we could see it with our own eyes. Other places never allow you into the bay, so you just have to take their word for it. Rapide found plain sight issues that were missed by the other place we went to a few weeks ago. The engine on our Altis no longer rattles, and the brakes on our Okavango no longer grind. So in our opinion, Rapide has proven to be better and more thorough than any other shops around. From the automotive technicians, to their customer service and their management team, we were completely satisfied from start to finish and will only use them for our services. Walang mas magandang lugar na puntahan. Mahusay na serbisyo sa magandang presyo.
I never easily give praises but Rapide Carmona team deserves all the praise. Technicians are very knowledgeable and skilled so they are very dependable and reliable. Customer centric attitude is also top notch. I highly recommend everyone who doesn't have a reliable car shop to go to for your problems yet to try this shop and experience it yourself.
