helloo po, good evening!! Sure maam!! Hindi ko po inasahan na ganon kaganda at dekalidad ang service ninyo maam. Bukod sa mahusay na pag-aayos, nagustuhan ko rin ang kanilang safety checklist na ginagawa bago nila i-release ang motor and malaking dagdag sa kumpiyansa ko sa inyong serbisyo. Nagustuhan ko pa ang 2-day warranty na nagbibigay-linaw at proteksyon para sa mga customer. Very accommodating ang mga staff and very hands on ang mga mekaniko dito😁First time ko sa motonorte at talagang all goods ang experience ko dito at expect niyo na babalik ako sa inyo para sa mga susunod kong service maam!! Una po masasabi kopo maayos po ang pag entertain ng mga staff ni moto norte at at syempre ung gawa po nila maayos polido ang gawa nila kaya kung may ipapagawa ulit ako moto norte more customer moto norte💪

It is only this time I am able to leave a review. We availed their PMS package on our Yamaha M3. It took 2 whole days, exorbitantly long. They had the pulley rethread and all other PMS procedures. This is the worst part, they said that they will be replacing the brake pad in the front brakes (in the first day) and we agreed. Come second day, they told us that the front brake is not working, which was perfectly working when we travelled to their shop and also they replaced the brake pad beforehand. I asked them, did they looked into it the first time they installed the brake pad and surprisingly the mechanic answered "No, they just installed the brake pad". That’s all! They did not checked if the brake is working or not. And they claimed that there is a leak in the brake hose and such. They suggested to replace it with a new caliper but they did not have it available in the shop. Since it is getting late, we decided not to proceed anymore since we are consuming so much time waiting. Hitting the road going home, we stop at a random shop and had the brakes repaired. With just under 30 mins of work, the brakes worked fine. And there was no leak and all. I suggest to gain more training or anything to acquire knowledge on how to repair things.

Very approachable and they really do a great service even if it's partially not their fault they will own up to their mistake and help their customer in anyways possible
