This particular branch near Dumaguete City market is my go-to in automotive parts and service. The clerks are all friendly and polite. Look for the sales guy, he's nice and very accommodating. Meanwhile, the other branches are rude (sibulan & mangnao branch), most especially the service crew. I almost have mistaken them for goons instead of employees. That kind of rude, my friend.
Found the brake pads for my vehicle (KIA Carnival 2007) and stud bolt. which are not available in other major autoparts stores in Dumaguete City. Pricey though but still good to find the parts to drive your vehicle safely.
