Car Rentals Iloilo by D Car Integrated Services Incorporated

I had an amazing experience with this car rental service! The owner is very responsive and understanding, even answering messages outside of office hours. My father has a health condition, which sometimes makes it difficult to stick to a fixed schedule, so our itinerary had to be adjusted often. I had to change vehicles twice to accommodate my father’s needs. Sir John was incredibly kind, flexible, and accommodating, making everything so much easier for us. His service is superb and highly commendable. I will definitely book again when I return to Iloilo!

Our experience with the service was quite disappointing. One of the vans changed at short notice, and we couldn't do anything about it since we were already engaged in wedding. Both of the vans we rented reeked bad odor and gave no indication of having been previously cleaned. One of the vans—the last-minute replacement—was in bad shape. It took close to 10 minutes of repeatedly turning the key just to get it started. The brake lights were yellow, and the check engine warning light was showing on and off, adding additional safety issues. Additionally, prior to the turnover, the owner told us to adjust the tire pressure—something that should have been attended to before the turnover. If they are serious about their business, these types of problems should have already been taken care of.

From compact cars to SUV's and pick-up trucks, you're sure to be satisfied with their services. Prices differ depending on the size of the car but all available cars for rent are 100% clean. When I say clean, I mean spotless interior, and for your satisfaction during this pandemic, well sanitized! The owner is very accomodating and polite. Any questions you have are enthusiastically answered and a few tips here and there regarding places to visit if you're new in town. P. S. They do serve good coffee, so might as well enjoy it while waiting for their crew to finish washing your car or until your rented car is ready for you to drive!
