based on the positive reviews, they are indeed a top-notched auto shop technically as well as with their customer service, starting with their security officer who was sitting in front of the shop very early in the morning assisting me of my inquiry and maneuvering my vehicle, to the lady in the cashier offering me wifi conn and answering my queries, and to the polite and very assistive mechanic guys. Their labor cost and parts are ok. This just reflects how good the LASS AUTOMOTIVE management is. Please continue with your nice work ethics. Kudos!
