This store don't care about their customers. I did bring the part that needs replacement and hence they still gave me a wrong replacement part. The store policy says 1 week replacement and refund. My car was in the province and I'm confident that I brought the correct part. To my surprise as the mechanic told me that the piston ring I bought did not match with the piston! 2 weeks later, I brought the items back and they will no longer replace nor refund the item.
This Auto parts supply is very good and mostly they can supply what we need. We buy since more than 8 years parts from them and must say that the people working there are very competent. We can recommend this Auto parts supplier to everyone who needs to buy parts especially for the surplus vehicles like Suzuki.
The store is ok, the traditional Philippines availability still there. Wanted to buy oil filter, air filter and synthetic oil. First two available but oil only in 10W40 weight which is too heavy for my engine. Even pointless to ask why, it's Philippines.
One of the automotive supplier in lapu2x. bought some belt. staff are friendly too.
