JDC Garage - Rockwell Makati

They close at 5:00 PM. Pero tinanggihan nila ako dahil marami daw silang ginagawa. Without any further explanation, nilayasan at tinalikuran na lang ako ni Chief Mechanic John. You might say na baka nag-eexaggerate lang ako, pero sadly, this really happened. After that, pumunta nalang ako sa nearby Shell service station, and they still accommodated me kahit mas maaga pa ang closing nila which is 4:30 PM. Makikita mo naman if sobrang busy talaga ang isang shop or not. But when I arrived at JDC Garage Makati, some of the mechanics were just sitting around. Anyway, it was a disappointing experience and a bad display of faith, especially with their motto na "prevent, don’t repair".

I just wished that they are reachable and responsive. I was planning to have my car serviced here going forward but now in doubt.

Very professional mechanic
