Worst Branch!! Nakailang pabalik balik ako di naman naayos ang concern ko! Lahat ng pinapalitan nila mali ending ako puro gastos pero yung concern same pa din outcome.

I thought all Rapidé are the same. This one is different. They really know how to handle clients well. They don't just recommend services or parts replacement that a car doesn't really need just to get more from their clients. They really check your car thoroughly and only recommend what your car actually needs. They are very honest with what they do and they do their job really well. Salute to the owner who is very hands on and really makes sure their clients are well taken care of and the services are done properly. This is by far the best Rapidé I have ever have my car serviced. Or any shop for that matter. The workplace is also clean and spacious. They also have a comfortable space for their clients while they wait for their cars to be serviced. If this is a restaurant, it would definitely get a Michelin star

This is my third time availing services from this branch. First was PMS, next was to replace our brake pads, and now we had our tires replaced, checked and calibrated here. They used specialized machines/equipment which I haven't seen in other establishments. The staff were very courteous and they were careful with our vehicle, making sure I am well-informed of the steps they would take and of how long the procedure would last. Customer lounge was air conditioned and comfortable, and they even shared their wifi password. I was able to stay comfortably there, working on my laptop and phone until the whole process was finished. I will still choose this branch again for any of my next car-related concerns. Thank you!

I had my car diagnosed today and was presented with around ₱12k worth of parts to replace. However, when I checked with the casa, they quoted ₱7k total including labor. They also mentioned that the part is still in good condition and doesn’t need to be replaced.
