Korean parts available here,, Hindi na ako pinahirapan mag hanap hanap pa
I wouldn't recommend this store due to the following reasons: 1. Their women staff has an attitude and is very unprofessional either in call or in viber. They are not knowledgeable enough and is not familiar with the nature of their work. For example: I asked for a specific price on a car part. I have given them the chassis number, brand, year model and the transmission type (manual or automatic). You know what their response is? Their women staff sends you back ridiculous pictures/parts of the car where you are unfamiliar of. They are making the simple complex!!! It's very frustrating to be honest. Why are they asking for chassis number, brand, year model and the transmission type (manual or automatic) in the first place when they can't answer your original inquiry??? I am just asking for a price on the item you are selling, it's as simple as that!!! Also, when you call or send them an inquiry via viber, response time is 2 hours. Is that what you call customer service? I'm very upset and very unsatisified with the type of service I have received. I hope the owner of PARTS MALL is able to look into this problem.
You can find most of the Korean car parts here! Highly recommended.
