Dili jud angay e recommenda neng autoshopa, bad experience.
I had a Horrible experienced of this auto shop.
🚗 They don’t provide thorough car maintenance checks. ⛽ My gas filter leaked for days due to the wrong unit installed. 🔧 Had to redo service at another shop—such a hassle. 🙄 You guys can do better!
NO VALUE FOR TIME - Bati kaayo ug service! I waited 5 hours to get PMS done and simple suspension part replacement. They dont even update their customer. They worked so slow taking time to teach their OJTs without valuing customer's time. No information nga wala diay silay parts, paliton pa diay nila sa gawas kung unsay kinahanglan nimo. Walay budget to keep stocks?! Gipahuwat pakog dugay kaayo wala man lang ko gisultihan unsay gihuwat. Nangompra pa diay ug pyesa!!! DILI NA JUD KO MUBALIK ana nga franchise location sa Rapide. I have been a Rapide Lapu-Lapu customer for years and it really shows the difference. LapuLapu has a great service compared to Mandaue, IMO.
Good service. knowledgeable technician and Good Character technician.
An OK service center. It has a lounge with coffee and water for the guests. I rated it 4 for the things they need to improve on. One thing is the tidiness of the lounge. Another thing is they do not keep stocks. When your car needs a part replaced, they tell you they will just run to their "warehouse", but in fact, they quickly go to Pyeza or somewhere in Subangdaku. I am not saying it's bad. If you know your car's, defects, it is better to head towards Pyeza yourself to save thousands of pesos. Edit: Don't take my comments for being bad, sir. I am a fan of Rapide. I have been a client for the past year. I know over time your servixe will improve for the better, so will be my rating.
