3RJ Automotive Repair Services

terrible experience, went in for an oil change, spark plug replacement, and throttle body cleaning, transmission oil change, CV axle re-grease. I only had 1 outer CV issue when I went, I had to go back twice to get the CV boot refitted since it kept coming off not just the side that had the leaking CV but not my other outer CV boot is also coming off, it had no issue before I went there, I just included the other side so I can have a peace of mind and it turned out wrong, I went back the first time, they charged me with labor when its supposed to be a back job, and I went back again for the same issue and now they only charge with the hose clamps, both occasion they did not clean my contaminated CV joint, they just filled it with grease and placed it back on, 3rd time it came off I decided to work on it myself and discovered my transmission oil is now leaking out, I had no issue with my transmission oil nor oil seals before I went in this shop. Rating it 1 star since the staff is nice but the repair and maintenance services are questionable, although cheaper labor and parts than other local shops, would not recommend.

Excellent Service!
