Destroyed the chassis/mount of my car! Had my suspension arm replaced them. Mechanic did not know what they were doing and forcibly torqued the bolt, which even resulted the threads of the bolt to smoothen out. Had my car checked by Casa and they confirmed the chassis where the bolt was inserted was really destroyed. Ended up having to weld out my chassis and paid twice for the service, since I decided to have Casa do the service instead for peace of mind 🙁 Kept on passing here and there on who did the work, claimed it wasn't a Senior Mechanic, claimed it was another junior Mechanic. So they let a Jr Mechanic handle the changing of the suspension of a car? For such an important part of the car, this should've been handled well and by a Senior. I left my car whole day with them and entrusted them with the service. My bolts were getting loose(since the threads were smooth), and I was driving around town with a safety concern. The problem did not exist when I had my original suspension arms on. And it was the first time my suspension arm was ever replaced. Go have your car checked or fixed elsewhere. Or when you decide to have your car fixed here, I suggest you wait and check on the process.

I came in twice. For my wiper motor to be fix. 1st time they said that there was Bagyong Uwan and there supplier is only half day. Days pass I came again. They made me wait from 8am to 2pm just to tell me that they could not find the parts for my car. They made me wait for nothing. Avoid this place as possible poor customer service. Such a waste of time

The service takes too long. The mechanics and the head mechanic don’t explain things properly and have no intention to help. Despite the many things we asked them to fix, they only did one. Very poor customer service. We don't recommend this shop.

This shop is always very busy, so you’ll need plenty of patience and extra time. Expect to wait anywhere from 1 to 3 hours just to get your tires done.

I've only had to have a few things done as I keep my truck well maintained BUT when I did I went to Tri-J and they were outstanding. Fast service, quality job and professional. No hidden anything. Great place for your motorized needs. I don't want to have to but when I do I'll be back 😁.
