I had my Honda CR-V Gen 1 repaired here and overall maganda talaga yung service nila. What I appreciated the most was hindi nila agad nirelease yung unit after fixing the initial issue I reported. During inspection, may nakita pa silang ibang problems that could affect the performance and safety of the vehicle. As a client, open naman ako sa suggestions and possible adjustments once may additional issues silang nakita. For me, magandang sign yun because it shows na they genuinely care about the customer and the condition of the vehicle, instead na basta matapos lang yung trabaho. Very accommodating din sila when it comes to updates. They regularly sent photos and videos habang ginagawa yung sasakyan so updated talaga ako sa progress. Maayos din sila mag explain before proceeding with anything. Honest, thorough, and professional yung service. Highly recommended.

Worst experience. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and very disappointing service. The most important condition from the beginning was very clear: we specifically asked if the issue could be fixed within the day, and we were assured multiple times that it would be completed within the day. Because of that assurance, we agreed and trusted the process. If we had been told honestly that it could not be finished within the day, we would not have proceeded at all. Unfortunately, that agreement was not honored. When we came back, that was the only time we were informed that a required part was still lacking and that we had to return again. This should have been communicated upfront. The expectation was same-day repair, as promised. We already accepted that the parts might be overpriced, but what’s worse is that despite replacing several parts, the main issue na kalampag was still not fixed. We spent, waited, and trusted the process for a same-day repair that did not happen and did not even resolve the original concern. They kept insisting the tie rod was the problem and that the noise would be gone, but after having the vehicle checked by another mechanic, we were told the tie rod was still in good condition. On top of that, they replaced the engine support, and the other mechanic noted that the threads appeared to be lost thread which may have worsened yung panginginig instead of fixing it. This is very concerning. Communication was also very poor. We were initially dealing with one person, but suddenly another staff handled the conversation without proper explanation. Instead of listening to our concerns, she kept insisting on her own points and used unnecessary and unprofessional remarks. Overall, this was a hassle and a very frustrating experience. The biggest issue is the false assurance that the repair would be completed within the day, which was the main reason we agreed in the first place. Better transparency, accurate diagnosis, and respectful customer service would have made a big difference
