worst experience ko etong car shop nagpapalit ako ng front wheel hub bearing tagal ko nag hintay(5hrs) kasi dun palang bumili ng bearing ng tinanggal na un sirang bearing for sample daw pero nun naikabit na un mga binili nagkaron ng error sa dashboard ng kotse (ABS )ko may warning na then sabi sira na daw un sensor ng abs at kelangan ko na palitan. kaya nagtaka ako kasii bearing lng nman pinapalitan ko un pala mali un binili nila isang bearing in the end hindi nagawa un pinapagawa ko sayang un 2days ko pabalik balik🤕🙉 mekaniko ok nman 👍 supervisor un girl 💥👊🙉👎

I was about to leave for Paranaque yesterday when I noticed that my right front tire was flat. I Googled for the nearest service center and found Total Quartz. When I called, they got my details and didn't waste time in traveling to my place to change the flat tire. It was then they found out that the tire was totally damaged, so I gave them a go signal to bring it to the service center and work on it. Communication was great and customer service was beyond excellent! Not to mention too that they really did a very good job in changing what needed to be changed! Thank you to the staff who were so accommodating. I highly recommend this auto care place!

Does a decent job on engine washing and detailing. No problems so far with check engine light after a full engine wash/detail. Washing method used is steam wash. They are extra careful with engine parts that should not get wet. Engine detailing price went up double recently which is kind of disappointing.

Service is reliable and products used are of high quality. The management ensures good customer care and after sales service. Warranty is also provided for some services. This establishment also houses a cafe and a barbershop.

this Auto Repair shop in Balibago, Sta. Rosa City is located along Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay Road. Mechanics, Staff, and other personnel are very accommodating and respectful to customers. it's my 2nd time here for our 3 company cars' maintenance. so far, services here is at its best compared to other repair shop I've been before.

They placed those improvised brushings that were cut from rubber tractor tires when I paid for replacement parts. Went back to complain and as expected heard all the excuses. Last update is they will give me the parts I paid for. However this time I will install them myself or with another shop.
