Recommended in south area. Very accommodating yung staff and knowledgeable doing preventive maintenance. And they do diagnosis while doing pms so kung may problema yung kotse nyo magagawa agad!!!

Disappointed with the service. We brought our car in for PMS, but after they returned it to us, the dashboard was showing "Engine Oil – Service due now." If a basic service reminder wasn’t even reset properly, it really makes you question the thoroughness of the work done. We expected better attention to detail and proper quality checks before releasing the vehicle.

Very disappointing service. Before the PMS, the technician checked our car and confirmed that everything was in good condition. However, after they finished the PMS, they suddenly told us that our brake light was no longer functioning. They claimed it might have been caused by the car wash, which doesn’t make sense since it was working fine before the service. Instead of properly checking or taking responsibility, they pushed us to go to Mitsubishi casa for diagnosis. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. We expected proper handling and accountability after a PMS, not new issues and excuses. Here's my response to you: I’ve read your response, and I’m sorry! but a bad experience is a bad experience. Nothing will change that. NEVER AGAIN! Your explanations are your concern. Me, my family, and my entire network will never do business with you again. Instead of giving customers excuses, focus on fixing how you treat them.

Great experience with Rapide Sta Rosa. I sent them a message on a Sunday (shop is closed) and got a reply very early morning of Monday and they were able to accommodate me in the afternoon for a coolant drain and fill. They have wifi in their customer lounge so you can work or browse while they work on your vehicle. Vista Mall Sta Rosa is also very close by (walking distance) in case the wait is longer and you want to eat or have coffee while waiting. They were transparent and said their mechanics were still finishing other jobs but that my vehicle would be next as soon as a mechanic became available. So I was able to go home and come back as soon as they said the car was ready for pick up, which was only after a few hours. Very smooth and hassle-free! Will definitely come back. 🙂
