masyadong maselan yung staff sa lounge. halos ayaw ipagamit yung lounge nila. andaming signage na hindi dapat sana nilalagay sa lounge. lounge nga eh- pahingahan, a place where you can comfortably wait while your car is fixing. pero bawal kumain o uminom ng galing sa labas. meron naman sila signage ng minimart nila; so san mo yun kakainin? sa labas din? kaloka. tapos yung matandang staff na matangkad apaka selan, hinawakan lang yung mga nakadisplay ng 2 year olf na bata pumasok xa bgla na nakasimangot at inayos agad yung nakadisplay. bata yan eh, dapat yan ipasalamin nyo kung masyado maselan yang staff nyo. bawal ka din humiga don sa lounge at ang nakakatawa pa bawal daw matulog don hahaha. somobra po yung signage nyo para sa LOUNGE. sa ibang auto care center hindi ganyan. kaloka.

poor services,,, walang sagot kahit ulit ulitin every after 10 minutes

I had my car undercoated at GNS Tires and Service Center in Dagupan City, and they did a magnificent job. The quality of the undercoating was spot on, and they even included a free body wash and underwash before starting the service. I also availed their undercoating promo, which was great value for money. What really stood out was that they took the time to explain everything they did after the service, showing professionalism and transparency. Very satisfied and will definitely come back.

The staff were professional, explained everything clearly, and delivered high-quality work. Highly recommend!

Not Satisfied with the Service I went here for a scheduled PMS (Preventive Maintenance Service) and it took them a frustrating 4 hours to finish. My car only has 27K on the odo, so there was nothing major to be done—just an oil change, air filter replacement, brake fluid check, etc. To make matters worse, there was no engine wash or car wash included, which is usually standard for PMS at most shops. Their excuse? "We have 2 undercoat services today." This just shows how incompetent and unorganized they are. If you’re coming here for a PMS, think twice! The service is **extremely slow**, and they don’t seem to value your time. The staff were also **unapproachable**, lacked initiative, and gave the **poorest customer service** I’ve experienced at any body shop. It feels like the staff are forced to do their jobs. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place for routine maintenance.

Fast and great service, will definitely come back

I changed the tires of my suv here last june 27, '22. Services were so good. The crews and staff are very good. Mechanics are experts in their field of specialties. Health protocol is strictly observed and area well cleaned. Almost all equipment for car maintenance and repair is complete and of high quality standard. First come first serve so better go early for your car needs.
