Murakami Auto Shop Lancaster, Kawit Cavite

After a week saka lang kayo sasagot. I will never recommend your shop.

Their mechanics are very knowledgeable and skilled they clearly know what they're doing. However, what I didn't like was the constant misunderstanding regarding parts pricing. For example, I first asked the mechanic how much the wheel cylinder would cost including labor. He told me it would be 1,500, so when he asked if we should proceed with the replacement, I said yes. Just a minute later, the front desk told me that the price was actually much higher than what the mechanic had quoted 2,000 for the parts and labor, to be exact. Additionally, they kept finding new things to fix every 30 minutes to an hour. It would be much better if they did a full inspection first and listed all the necessary replacements upfront, rather than finding them one by one. I also noticed that their shop seems to lack tools. My repairs ultimately had to be done at their main branch in Imus Vermosa, because of that, I ended up spending 7 hours at the shop. I arrived at 9:30 AM, and the work didn't finish until 4:30 PM. At one point, a mechanic even asked another customer if they had a lug wrench. Overall, I feel their pricing is a bit high.

I recently brought my car to Murakami Auto Shop Lancaster, and I’m very satisfied with their service. The staff were approachable and knowledgeable, and they took the time to properly inspect my vehicle before explaining what needed to be fixed. I really appreciated their honesty and transparency when it came to pricing and repair recommendations. The work was completed within the promised timeframe, and my car has been running much better since. You can tell they have solid experience and pay attention to detail. The shop itself was organized, and the overall process was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this auto shop to anyone in the Lancaster, Kawit Cavite area looking for reliable car service.
