Kudos to Aldrin the mechanic for the fast, thorough and expert work. Thank you also to Gary who gave understandable diagnostics. The big advantage of car shops like these are their lifts. The mechanics can easily go under the car and make quick inspections and assessments.

One of the mechanics who worked on my car was very unprofessional in both work quality and attitude 👎 We expected better from a known auto care shop. We do not recommend this branch. I don't know sa uban branches.

Very disappointing experience. We felt deceived. We were sold an alternator for P16,000, and later found out — after checking with other MOTECH branches — that they don't even sell alternators. Worse, what we got wasn’t even original, just a replacement unit, and based on consultations with other mechanics, it shouldn’t have cost more than P9,000. To make things worse, we were only given a 1-month warranty. Since the repair, our vehicle continues to have issues with the alternator, battery, and electrical system — problems that weren't there before.
