To the owner of this shop and to all motorists: I had a very disappointing experience tonight. My motorcycle broke down, and it's frustrating enough, but being charged ₱1,500 for just one or two rubber rings (O-rings) is pure overpricing. Is it because I am a foreigner that you think it's okay to charge like this? I fully respect paying for the parts and the mechanic's labor, but 1,500 is unreasonable. Even though we settled at ₱500 after bargaining, the fact that you started at such a high price for a simple fix is unacceptable for a "5-star" rated shop. I hope the owner takes this seriously and reflects on how you treat your customers. To other foreigners and locals, please be aware of this kind of pricing. We deserve fair treatment, not "tourist prices."
