Checkpoint AutoCare Urdaneta

Great service. Dapat dala lagi yung or cr ng sasakyan

Mapapagastos ka lng

This was my third time getting a PMS with them. After every service, they explain what they did and provide recommendations. The first time was fine. The second time, I specifically asked them to check the fuel filter, but they didn’t. Their excuse? They said it wasn’t necessary since my mileage wasn’t that high yet. On top of that, they claimed it was difficult to access because they’d have to remove a lot of parts. Later, I went to my casa, and guess what? It wasn’t complicated at all. Of course, I knew it wasn’t free—I was willing to pay! So why ignore my request? I let it slide and gave them another chance. Then came my third PMS. They did the service and gave me their usual recommendations. This time, they told me I needed to replace my tires on my next PMS because they were already close to the limit. Because of that, they skipped the tire rotation—which, by the way, is supposed to be included in the PMS package. Lesson learned: If you’re getting a PMS, you have to be there to make sure they actually do everything. This isn’t cheap. When you're paying a premium, you should get the full service you’re entitled to.

Not so much tire available and staff are not attentive and hospitable.

Friendly and accommodating Shop manager (Bob) and supervisor (Paul). New Mechanic, Sammy, is an excellent mechanic!

Recommended shop! Great customer service plus the mechanics are very good. Magagaling at mahusay sila gumawa dito. This shop offers a wide variety of services from change oil, carwash, tint etc. and premium/genuine car accessories. Check this out!
