Very Fast and professional crew 100%
I had the exterior car wash and wax service, but I was very disappointed with the result. After the service, there were obvious water marks all over the car. When I spoke to the supervisor, I mistakenly referred to them as "water stains." However, I believe it is the supervisor's responsibility to correctly identify the problem. I even showed him in person that the marks could be wiped away easily. Since the car had already been waxed, the marks were trapped under or sealed by the wax, making the finish look poor. These were not old, permanent water stains that required a detailing service. They appeared immediately after the wash, and I believe they were caused by the car not being dried properly before the wax was applied. Personally, I have washed my own car many times, and I have never experienced this issue. That is why I do not believe these were pre-existing water stains. Another issue was the payment. Although the amount was small, I was not given my change until I asked for it. Customers should not have to remind staff to return their change. In the end, I accepted the supervisor's explanation because I didn't want to argue any further, but I don't think the situation was handled professionally. I paid for a wash and wax service, yet I could barely tell that the wax had been applied because of the poor finish. After this experience, I have decided that I will never use this car wash again.
