Second most expensive car wash in Philippines (basic wash P400 outside, P300 inside). First one also in dgte, P1,200. Never paid more than P400 total. They are thorough, too thorough. After two hours i told them i had to leave. They were not finished yet. Great luxurious cafe with breakfast and thai food, which makes waiting great.

I arrived with my motorcycle and the bays were full so it was understand that there would be a wait. My issue was two cars arrived some time after I did and were taken care of before me even after I let them know I was there first. I ended up waiting 3 full hours until they finally started washing my vehicle. This is such a simple management oversight that I thought would be addressed as it was brought to their attention. Very disappointed with this experience.

We had our car washed today, and overall, everything went well. We paid 1,000 pesos. I really like the place, it’s quiet, and there’s a café nearby where you can enjoy some food or coffee while watching your car being washed. It’s a new establishment, so I understand there’s still room for improvement. The car wash service itself was good, and all the staff were polite. However, we noticed that after the wash, there were water marks on the windows that looked like straight lines, which were quite noticeable once we got inside the car. I’m not sure how they missed that. Also, there were still dirt stains stuck to the seat cover, especially on the back of the driver’s seat. When we entered the car, it also smelled a bit like bubble soap. My husband was a bit disappointed, honestly, since he’s very meticulous. We didn’t have time to tell the car wash boys about it because we had other errands scheduled afterward. I hope they can do better next time, as the place really has potential.

I’ve noticed that discounts are offered at the beginning, but additional charges sometimes come up as the deal is nearing completion. For me, customer service should already be present from the initial agreement, not only once the service is being delivered. This is just my personal opinion, and I encourage others to experience it for themselves.
