ScrubHub Car Wash and Auto Detailing

Car wash seems to be ok, better dun sa Kapitolyo side. Wala lang separate washing/drying area so may overspray minsan. And the music is too loud.

Walang sense of urgency na gawin trabaho nila.

I will never come back here. The boys who's doing the car wash are not polite and cleaning service wasn't really good. To think I availed the premium car wash but it doesn't really have much difference with the regular car wash. I asked how much for the engine wash they said it's one thousand pesos and for thr acid rain remover is 600 pesos which is overpriced. I have my own acid rain remover and I'd like to pay them for the labor only but they were asking for 250 pesos for the labor. Service wasn't good but everything is pricey. The other services price are not posted so I don't knof if they're just making it up. Overall, it's a poor service.

I had my very first visit to this carwash, and it truly left a lasting impression on me! Not only did they do a thorough job with my car (the cleaning took almost an hour, which I actually appreciated because it shows they don’t rush and really pay attention to detail), but the customer service experience was outstanding. The price was also very fair for the quality of work. What really amazed me was their honesty and integrity. I accidentally left my bag at the waiting area on the 2nd floor, and inside it were all my important cards and even my phone. I only realized it when I was already very far from the carwash. I immediately reached out through their Facebook page, and to my relief, the owner personally answered right away. He quickly called his staff to secure my bag and assured me that everything would be 100% returned to me. Hours later, when I went back, true enough, all my belongings were intact. That kind of honesty and professionalism is rare to find these days. It gave me so much peace of mind and showed me that this is not just a carwash, but a business that values trust and their customers. Definitely worth recommending, excellent service, fair pricing, detailed cleaning, and above all, trustworthy people. This will not be my last visit! Thank you Pao and to your team!!

Credible people. They know what they are doing. Even having extra mile for their clients. What's best is that they even give you a timeline of your waiting time. So if you're in a rush you can opt to get your car wash next time.
