Sales and service people are extremely knowledgeable and polite. Buying a car was easy, although getting the specific car we wanted took a year.
Highly recommended. I now have my regular PMS here and their service is excellent following Japanese standard.
They really changed the brake pads of my 2020 Hyundai Accent. It's original and not overpriced. I usually buy parts from Partsouq but it is now taking 20 days for parts to arrive, and my PMS is overdue. Registration renewal deadline is near. This is the closest casa near my 2 houses in Campo Sioco and Green Valley. I own many cars so I tried every single shop you can name in the entire city. Have a 10-year drivers license and have mechanic skills but I am extremely busy these due to a lot of unexpected work and work that makes money. I nearly bought the KIA Stonic 2024 but the 2020 Hyundai Accent was superb and 300K PHP cheaper. They have the same engine and brake parts. If the maintenance takes a lot of time, I will hire KIA Metro Baguio again. Suzuki and KIA casa have same service center.
Mechanic forgot to tighten bolts of the front brake calipers. The bolt flew out as I was driving. They put the wrong size of air cabin filter. The customer sales representative doesn’t understand the concept of "whichever comes first" in the maintenance booklet. I am never going back to this casa.
