Royal Enfield

Bought a 2025 Himalayan 450 here. 2nd guessed my purchase afterwards while waiting for my plate and paperwork to come in thinking I wanted a naked bike, something a little more sporty. Happy with the Himalayan plenty of power great for the rough roads here, there is a lot of construction here on the roads, and it’s pretty rough sometimes. The Himalayan is a perfect mix of on and off road. Happy with this buy. The staff was great very knowledgeable and helpful with Thai transaction.

Twice visited for test drive/rides for the purchase of the 411 vs 450 Himalayan. The guys are awesome and well informed.

Nothing is in stock. " No stock sir" And can't source it for you. Wait 3 days to be told Manila has no stock! 😒I don't know why i even tried now😏 ended up buying from ebay india. Half the price. Just had to wait 2 weeks to get part.

Very disappointed, looking to buy a 350cc bike. Only one to choose from in stock with no interest in providing before sales service or any after sales. Won't even provide a test ride on their 350cc Meteor bike. That finished my interest, goodbye RE, hello Yamaha XMax 300cc

This is the current Royal Enfield dealer for the Cebu City area. Many new models in the showroom (upstairs). Parts availability is weak, not the brand's fault but lack of interest from the dealer. Parts can be obtained thru R.E. distributor in Manila, or other Enfield specialists, but would that not be the local dealers responsibility? When they do have the parts to complete a repair, the service is quick and done well. There is not enough space to store customers motorcycles that are waiting for repair or parts. Double check the Facebook page as there is still an outdated one posted as well.

As far as I know, this is NOT the Royal Enfield dealer anymore. Not since early 2018. Google is often wrong and outdated. Purchased my new Royal Enfield in July 201i8 from Motology, the KTM, Triumph and Royal Enfield dealer for Cebu City.

Very friendly and competent staff. Very good advice and time for a coffee. Accessories for the enfield are also available or can be ordered.
