real dont buy here they are selling already problem moto. also after serviece is very low. they dont have hera to replace moto cover. they used scrow . also dont know what is customer serviece. if y will buy moto here. y can be what is hell. it so real bad. i bought moto pxs 160 last october. when i bought moto . the moto already had problem . gasolin cover not was working .dealer already knew it problem buit they sold. as cheatting. and then now they can not do anything . still i can not use cover . i just used from my punch. to get gasolin. it s small problm . but they dont know how to do this one. if moto will have problem liki engine how can they do ? haha real useless . dont buy there. pls

dont buy moto here dont buy .. no responsible. and they have no idea; they sold problem moto. they already knew it when they sold moto but they cheated and sell. i ask to them abuyt issu since i bought moto. they said to me is s ok y can use warranty. they said . maximum months. but now already 6months but still they did not do anythin.. what is warranty? also my moto is new and latest . but they said no parts.. my moto was 5 years? or 10 ? latest moto they dont have parts? it s good warant . also they dont know shameless.. when i visited there for issue . always said wait . untill when 1 year 2 years or not forever.... dont buy here it s small problem . but they can not do anything. if it will be big problem like engine i am sure they can not fix never if y will have small problem within warranty . y need to bring your moto to japan... buy at other honda shop..

we have bought our motorcycle in cash, repo sale last Jan 2018....until now ang original CR wala pa gyud tawon. Anybody who knows their manager? I really want to talk to someone in authority, their manager or owner so that i could get a good answer.

False promises, and waste of time. Made enquiry online with Arnold for Mio Gravis. Suggested it was available and need to settle payment on their branch, which I did. Went to their Branch and found out no communication made on their staff (Mayang). Discuss the situation and receive a call from Arnold and advised to wait for them to see if Mio Gravis will be ready for pickup from Colon. Extend my time and wait for an hour around 11am to 12pm, to settle full payment, however, it appears unit was not ready, due to faulty battery which has been disclosed around 3pm. Thank you for wasting my time.
