Pros: • A/C showroom • Lots of working space for servicing • Affordable • Friendly staff • Accepts non Suzuki customers • Gives official receipt • Not the worst Du Ek Sam branch • Lots of mechanics & staff • Has nearly everything you need for maintaining your motorcycle Cons: • Not the cleanest working space • Not the best Du Ek Sam branch • Relatively slow cashier process - even for a Php 50 labor fee in oil change

Motorcycle cash price was priced reasonably well. Service was a little slow. Releasing of OR/CR for new motorcycles was fast, only 3 weeks.

Waited for 2 months and still not getting CI'ed for our plan motorcycle installment. Poor customer service and focus. Please avoid them at all cost. Went there again after 2 months to DP a Yamaha scooter but the staff says the manager is out of town and I have to wait for a week. This is an old school type of establishment who doesn't value time and customer needs. Please avoid them!!!
