Motorace Philippines Inc. Lagao, General Santos City Branch

Ang pangit ng service, and paasa. Not approachable and customer-friendly (aside lang sa unang makakausap pagpasok). Upon signing up for 1yr loan on motor, ang sabi may discount if mabayaran in 6months. Then ngayon na babayaran na ng full payment, ang liit nga lang ng discount (after 5months of consistent payment, w/ 7months advance kung tutuusin), ang dami pa'ng echos. Tapos walang clear na explanation or instruction, dalawang beses na kami bumalik to pay and crush this payable out of our list. Hindi nyo iniisip ang effort ng tao sa pagpunta at expenses such as transportation expenses . Ang plate number na 3-4months supposedly maibigay na, hanggang ngayon wala pa. Hindi na lang sana nagsabi na may discount or anything para hindi umasa. Without such, I should have used the money for any other cause. This store is very not commendable

Waste of time. Apparently I'm too rich to pay monthly so I can only buy the bike cash. So why did I apply to pay monthly then, because I don't want to use my cash obviously. Oh well they've lost a sale.
