Staff lacks the basic "customer service attitude". They act more like they're the customers and has that "snabero" tone in the way they speak, no eye contact, no "sir" or "mam" or "hi/hello goodmorning". Lalo na yung mga anjan sa parts and accesories store nila. Pang ilang balik ko na dito since last year, same attitude. Ako at yung ibang mga customers pa ang nag aadjust sa tone nila. Mga lalake pa naman ung nasa store.l Viajero national highway is more different, approachable, tapos iintertain talaga nila ung needs mo. Ehem, baka naman po mam sir manager boss amo, maturuan nyo sila kahit na 30mins na seminar man lang. Salamat. (Kulang2 pa mga items)
