Apaka bait ng mga staff maalaga at maaruga
Bad experience with their mechanic last December 2024. My UMA spark plug was stolen and the technician did a terrible job in repairing the engine of my motorcycle. I had to find a new mechanic just to fix the problems he created. The subpar quality of services rendered resulted in unforeseen expenses and considerable stress. Much was wasted because of the trust I gave to them for thinking that they will do the job. The repair was a total mess. Plus, they bring up a new problem of overheating and oxygen sensor failure. Motorcentral needs to do a quality check to the motorcycles after repair and instill discipline to their mechanics in the repair bay. The mechanic who did repair my motorcycle is really shady and unscrupulous. Rather than resolving existing issues, he intentionally created additional ones.
The sales staff has a difficulty with respect. The parts manager is a delightful man, though. And, please, be warned, the service mechanic is VERY rude and will not spare your feelings even if he is in the wrong. You have been warned!
